There are different kinds of foods that you will be required to try during your pregnancy week by week and by that I mean the more you approach the date of delivery, the more varied will your food have to be. When you are starting off, you should have a lot of vitamins and calcium that will nourish and enrich your child and as you progress forward, you will need to go on adding different kinds of proteins and small amounts of carbohydrates as well as some fats. But you cannot have caffeine or anything in those lines when you are pregnant because those are very harmful for a developing fetus.
